Cloud Communications Platform

8x8 provides cloud-based voice, video, chat, and contact center solutions to businesses. They needed help optimizing their internal systems to better evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives.

The Problem

Varian manufactures medical equipment for cancer treatment and radiation therapy. They've been in business since the 1950s and have systems built on technology spanning several decades. They needed to modernize while maintaining the reliability required for medical devices.

The Problem

Their legacy systems were reliable but inflexible. Adding new features took months because of complex dependencies. Data was siloed across different systems, making it hard to get a complete view of device performance or patient outcomes. They also needed to meet strict FDA and international medical device regulations.

What We Did

  • Built APIs to connect medical devices and collect real-time performance data
